Our client is a private collection of boutique hotels and resorts. Each of their properties are uniquely stylized and highly awarded for their service standards. One of their openings in the UAE now seeks a Reservations Manager to take charge of their in-house reservations call center!
This Reservations manager must possess the following qualitites;
*At least 2 years in a similar role at an internationally branded luxury hotel company *UAE/Gulf regional exposure is essential *Revenue management is higly preferred *Expert understanding with GDS software/Hotel PMS and POS administration *Pre-opening experience is highly regarded *Systematic and analytical *Quality oriented processes creation and follow through *Well spoken, pleasant and able to coach the team to perform at its best *Languages: English, European language and Arabic (preferred)
Remuneration: US30,000 net (slightly negotiable based on experience) + full benefits
