An experienced Pastry Chef is required for an upmarket and very popular 5* hotel in Dubai. Reporting to the Executive Chef the successful candidate will lead a team of up to 15 staff responsible for pastry production within the hotel. 

 Applicants must have 5* experience and experience in Europe or be European trained. Strong people management skills are essential. 

In return the client offers a basic salary circa 144000 AED / $40,000 per annum, tax free, housing, all utility bills, school fees, meals, gratuity and the usual benefits associated with a leading hotel group.
