EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF - GERMAN OR AUSTRIAN NATIONALS
Due to an internal promotion, an experienced Executive Sous Chef is required for a leading 5* property in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are looking for a candidate that is willing to be groomed for an executive chefs position in the next 18 to 24 months, so this is a great opportunity.
The hotel is a large operation consisting of 9 outlets and includes a large banqueting hall. It is a large busy operation with 170 chefs and 55 stewarding staff to manage, so candidates must have excellent people management skills. Applicants MUST also have exposure to Asian cuisine.
In return the client offers a basic net salary circa $5000/month, housing, meals, discounts, airfares etc.
