One of their luxury hotel slated to open in 2010 now seeks a Chief Engineer to start within the first quarter of 2010.
This Chief Engineer must possess the following qualities;
*Min 2 to 3 years in a similar role within an international luxury hotel brand *Degree in engineering *Proven project management abilities *Opening experience in a similar capacity is a must *Hands on approach to preventive maintenance *Keen eye to landscape and curb appeal *Proven efficiency in administration of work orders *Experience in IT administration is highly regarded *Financially astute *UAE experience is highly preferred
Remuneration: USD 42,000net + excellent benefits
