This chef we seek must possess the following qualities;
*2 to 3 years in a similar role at an international luxury hotel brand *Must have achieved department head appointment for fine dining restaurant and banquet production kitchen *Detailed and organized individual *Process driver, HACCP champion of the division *Able to take charge of for the daily operations of the culinary brigade *Creative and fast thinking approach to problem solving
