Casual Dining Director - Retail Catering - Middle East
The Role:
With more than 17,000 employees and 1,700 stores, my client is spearheading the expansion of more than 50 world-class leading retail brands in 17 countries across the Middle East, North Africa, Central and Eastern Europe and Russia. Their retail portfolio includes several divisions such as Fashion & Footwear, Food Services, Pharmacy, Home Furnishings, Office Depot, Optics etc.
With over 1.6B USD turnover in the Middle East region, my client is pursuing a rapid growth strategy. The company trades more than 1,200 stores in 10 countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Egypt and is the largest retail operator of the region in terms of SQF and turn-over.
Reporting to the Vice President - Casual Dining and based at Head Office, the retained candidate will be given the mandate to successfully develop one or several brands throughout the Middle East Region.

The Requirements:
10-15 years gained in related multiple retail environments Proven track record of achievements in Fine Dining, Casual Dining or QSR operations Solid multi unit experience Minimum of 5 years in related senior management positions Directorship and development experience of large restaurant chains Some multi-national experience preferred
